MATH: Measurement - exploring area (A = l x w) within various contexts, building a marble maze runner once area of filled in vs overall area and open space vs overall area, making comparisons of their findings before the build.
SOCIAL STUDIES: Inquiry - How do we find the balance between environmental stewardship and human needs/wants as we consider the long-term impact of human activities? Students will program an interactive map based on the provinces and the guiding bid idea question.
